Tom and his team carried out an extensive search for a property to meet the needs of my client who suffers from cerebral palsy and ensure that the property was in accordance with the specifications set by the accommodation expert. Tom and his team not only found the ideal property but also assisted with the negotiations and arranged the survey and other expert inspections to take place. Tom has a great deal of experience in the property market and with Peter’s extensive experience as a building surveyor they make the ideal team! Tom Miller at Search Accessibility came recommended to our Court of Protection team when we required a property finder for a client of ours. This then lead into further instructions from our Court of Protection team as we were so impressed with how matters were dealt with.
