Peter is a Chartered Surveyor with over 50 years experience in property and construction.
Peter has held senior positions in surveying and architectural companies specialising in acquisition, adaption and occupation of a variety of building types across the UK and overseas.
Throughout the last 20 years, Peter has specialised in the residential sector, acting as an accommodation expert witness in personal injury and clinical negligence matters, often being retained to source suitable rental and to purchase properties, and to manage the design and procurement of the necessary adaptation work necessary to create an accessible home.
Peter also provides early intervention opinion and reports on accommodation matters in accordance with The Rehabilitation Code of Best Practice. Peter is a supporter member of CMSUK & Cardiff University and accredited expert witness.

Tom has over 20 years experience in the property sector. Starting his career in a surveying and architectural practice, he studied computer aided design. Tom moved into estate agency working in both sales and lettings. He quickly progressed through the ranks to hold the position of branch manager for one of London's largest independent estate agency groups. Tom was head hunted and asked to take a single branch agency and acquire, refit and launch a further three cold start branches holding the position of associate director.
During his career Tom has held senior positions in some of London's most prestigious estate agency groups and has negotiated hundreds of millions of pounds of both residential and commercial sales. Wanting a new challenge, Tom moved into the area of personal injury and clinical negligence to assist claimants and their advisers to identify properties suitable for adaptation to meet their particular needs. Tom has enjoyed considerable success in sourcing properties and assisting in the negotiation of terms for rental properties and acquisition costs of properties to purchase.

David gained his post graduate diploma at the Mackintosh School of Architecture at the Glasgow School of Art, and went on to gain his RIBA Part 3. He registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and joined the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in 2003.
Rachel enjoy exploring the world and has visited many interesting places, appreciating the various cultures and fabulous cuisine along the way. Rachel also enjoys walking and the outdoors.

Kym has worked in the property sector for over 8 years – first starting out as a residential Sales Negotiator with one of Kent’s largest estate agency brands. Within Kym’s time in estate agency she worked on a number a large scale property developments, giving her a valuable understanding of the design and planning aspects of the building process. After some time demonstrating excellent negotiation skills and building a first-class reputation, Kym decided to move in to property recruitment in a part-time role to spend more time with her young family. Kym supplied staff to some of the UK’s largest and most prestigious estate agency groups and housing associations which has enabled her to build up a considerable number of invaluable contacts within the industry.
With her extensive experience in property - as well as having a great eye for detail and a positive, persistent approach - Kym has the capability and aptitude to help source and secure the most suitable properties for clients’ particular needs.
